Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011 and has grown into a strong, nine-person team built on collaboration, trust, and positivity. Before opening my own agency, I began my career with State Farm in Claims and later transitioned into Marketing, where I developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two and love spending time outdoors — camping, hiking, and staying active. Mindset and personal growth are huge parts of both my life and our office culture. I also serve as a Girl Scout troop leader, which allows me to stay connected and give back to the community in a meaningful way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
